Q: How long has Prime Care been in business?
A: For over 20 years
Q: Are you state licensed and regulated?
A: Yes
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, however we are open 24 hours a day 365 days a year to assist with staffing needs.
Q: What is the minimum number of hours that I can receive?
A: You can receive as little as one hour per day or as many as 24. It’s totally up to you.
Q: Is there a different rate for nights or weekends?
A: No, typically there is no additional charge for weekends or nights.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: We have a Service Agreement which shows how much you will pay per hour and we keep a copy of your credit card on file. You are not required to use us for a particular length of time nor days. You only pay for what you use.
Q: How do I pay for services?
A: We send bills each week to both private pay and insurance carriers. You may pay your bill once monthly by check or credit card.

A: While Medicare and Medicaid do not typically pay for in-home long term care, other options are available, such as long term care or workers compensation.

Payment Options
While Medicare and Medicaid do not typically pay for in-home long term care, other options are availableElderly and Disabled Waiver Program-Medicaid Waiver Program for individuals that qualify and are approved through the Area Agency or Agency.
