Ann Barnes
Currently presiding as the President of Prime Care Nursing, Ann oversees operations for Mississippi’s largest nursing staff agency.

Ann’s background in the medical field started with an Associates Degree in Nursing from Hinds Community College. After a departure from school to raise a family, Ann returned to college to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University Of Mississippi School Of Nursing.

Previous jobs held as a clinical field nurse and as a nurse manager at Baptist Hospital in Jackson led Ann to a career as the Director for the Mississippi location of a health care agency. Ann has also worked as an Assistant Administrator for Sta-Home Health agency, while also serving in several local and state positions for the Mississippi Nurses Association. For many years, Ann was one of the state delegates to the American Nurses Association.

Ann is a past President and current board member of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. In addition to many other civic commitments, Ann received the Golden Key Award for outstanding volunteer service from the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. Ann is currently secretary of the Madison -Ridgeland Rotary Club where she has been a member since 1991. With the ability to multi-task her administrative duties with the personal service people have come to expect from Prime Care Nursing, Ann brings a passion to the medical field that exemplifies the true nature of nursing.

Debbie Garner
Debbie Garner is the Director of the Prime Care Nursing office located in Magee, Mississippi. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Debbie feels at home in Mendenhall, where she has lived for the past 28 years with her husband and four children. Debbie has been with Prime Care Nursing since the opening of the private duty office in 1993 and handles a wide array of responsibilities. However, the main part of her job is overseeing a staff of almost 100 nurses, in addition to supervising the support staff who work directly in the Magee office.

Debbie began her career in the medical insurance billing industry and has been in the medical field for 20 years. Her past experience in nursing has helped her fully understand the needs of her nursing staff as well as to provide the quality of service her clients expect.
