  • Where are your Per Diem jobs located?

    Prime Care has opportunities for you across the state of Mississippi in both rural and metropolitan areas.

  • What experience is required for Per Diem positions?

    Facility per diem positions require at least 1 year of experience, since no on the job training is offered. 


    Most home care positions do not have that requirement.

  • How long are Per Diem assignments?

    You have the flexibility to choose the length of your per diem assignment.  


    This can vary from monthly shift work to working for several consecutive months or open-ended contracts.  


    Available assignment length depends on the needs of each individual facility.

  • Can I work Per Diem in addition to my full-time job?

    Yes, you may work per diem in addition to your full-time job. 


    This simply depends on your availability and our client's needs.

  • When and how will I be paid?

    Prime Care pays on a weekly basis via direct deposit into your bank account.

  • How many hours per week will I need to work?

    No minimum number of hours per week is required to remain active in our system.

  • How does scheduling work?

    Scheduling is done through our staffing department.


    You are able to call 24/7 to discuss your availability and review open shifts.  


    If you are unable to find a shift on the day that you want to work, we will contact you  as soon as a shift becomes available that matches your request.
