In 1994, Prime Care became one of the first providers in the state to offer services for the IDD Waiver program. 

This Medicaid funded program offers services to those individuals who are mentally challenged and are approved for care through the Department of Mental Health.

In addition, we provide services for the elderly and disabled program and EPSDT program for private duty in home services.
